I called and they came out the same day. An associate -- not a sub -- cleared the sink and we haven't had a problem since. It's been 7 weeks. Will not hesitate to call them again.

Scheduled repair for Wed, called and came a day early since they had a previous cancellation. I was impressed that they both wore mask from the time they entered my home. Very friendly and solved the problem. Explained they needed to install to parts and new washer gasket and and a new gasket seal to prevent my leak. Took 15-20m and I paid exactly what he quoted. I would re-hire. Thanks

After recent heavy rain our basement sewer clean out began to seep water. I phoned Ruben on a Friday and arranged a Monday morning appointment. The situation became worse on Saturday and I phoned Ruben who was able to come on Sunday instead. He explained what it could be, since I've never had this problem before, and proceeded to rod out my sewer line, clearing several root balls and solving the problem. His price was reasonable, he solved the problem and I found him to be a genuinely good person. I would highly recommend him.

Ruben was on time, friendly, and thorough. He showed me the root blockages on video and after cleared.

Although Ruben showed up an hour late, he focused immediately on the task. He was able to clean out sediment from the spigot and the issue was solved. He also looked at the kitchen sink upstairs and said it needed a new hardware set and he recommended me to buy it. As soon as we get it, he will come back and install it. He said the charge would be $185 which sounds a little high to me.

It could not have gone better. Ruben Borjas is a skilled and conscientious plumber who went the extra mile to ensure a perfect job. On top of it he is an honorable and polite gentleman. And his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

I had a different contractor install new plumbing for my shower and he was not qualified for the job. I called RB to come and check over his work to make sure that nothing would leak. I was able to get an appointment for a Saturday morning, they were on time, quick and clean. I will be using them again for a kitchen remodel!

Bought a sink and new faucet and they were able to install it pretty quickly! There were moments where it seemed like there was a problem, but they were able to figure it out! Always quality work - this is my second job with them. Very thorough and professional. Definitely recommend them.

Second time we've called RB Plumbing, and we've always been impressed. Prompt, professional, competitively priced. We had a burst water pipe from the polar vortex. Ruben and his team were over promptly to isolate the issue, and quickly scheduled a permanent repair, along with a fix for an unrelated issue that we've known needed fixing. Crew showed up on time, and got the burst pipe repaired quickly. The other issue was more extensive than thought, but they were able to fix it within their original estimate for us (even though they had to run out for parts). Great experience, great work. We'll definitely call again if we have plumbing issues.

Tim was a great tradesman with fixing my old toilet, we are eventually will be redoing the whole bathroom but this old toilet i need to last a little longer, and he was able to debug the issue and resolve the leak with minimal effort. He also honored the Angie List discount which was great.

The plumber showed up a few minutes late, but worked fast and well, and identified and fixed problems we didn't know we had, like the float valve was set wrong. He left the place at least as nice as when he arrived.

R.B. Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. quickly responded to our call and scheduled a visit to our home for sump pump maintenance and service. Wil and his coworker thoroughly handled the situation needed by replacing the injector pump and rodding the sewer line. Wil in prior visit had indicated that the sump pump electrical box needed repair prior to sump pump replacement due to age, rust and corrosion of the electrical box. Once this was repaired, Wil and is coworker were able to complete their service. Wil answered all of our questions and explained what he was doing during the various stages of the service work. RB Plumbing & Sewer, Inc is our go-to company for all our plumbing needs. RB Plumbing worked out appointment date and time for us, always show up when promised. Will and his colleague installed the new kitchen faucet with sprayer perfectly. It looks great, does not leak and the water flow has improved. While here we asked Will to inspect our sump pump and he found immediate issue of concern with electrical box, We corrected the electrical box concern and will schedule another visit with RB Plumbing. Mr. Borjas was very responsive to my phone call and was able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient for me. He gave me a 2-hour window for when he would be here, and he arrived early on during that 2-hour time frame. He and his helper were polite, courteous, and very clean in their work. After installing the ring, they flushed the toilet several times to make sure it was no longer dripping down into the basement ceiling. I was given a very good price for the work done, I would definitely call him again for any future jobs that I need done, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Given the weather (this has been a particularly cold winter), I called 9+ different plumbers but no one had availability. I put my name on a waiting list with Roto Rooter since they were taking new orders/calls but could not guarantee same day service. When I explained my situation to Ruben of RB Plumbing over the phone, he offered to call his techs to see if they could possibly fit me in, but that I should still call around and to let him know if I find another available plumber. A little over an hour later he calls me back to say that he's on his way. He arrived with another plumber and they made quick work of the pipe repair. He showed me what to do to prevent this from happening in the future and even bled the air from the sinks after turning the water main back on. I thanked him profusely for fitting me in and he explained that he had spoken to one of his clients who had an appointment with him that afternoon. This other client let me have his appointment time slot since it was more of an emergency than his own plumbing issue. Many thanks to this other client and to Ruben, for thinking of my situation and putting my anxiety to rest. Wonderfully kind and did great work.
