After i hired a plumbing company to fix the basement flood, this company came to mitigate water damage. I was hoping they will do cleanIng up and help moved things, i did all of that. They vacuumed the water and placed industrial dehumidifier. This review will focus how they price and charge you for the most odd things. So please beware. I told them to give me an estimate and discuss any service before we proceed. This wasnt done. I will post the invoice to support my review. 1. They charge you for the gloves and mask they used. 2. Reset fee? Turning the switch off and on for drier and washing machine, they will charge that. They claim that they clean the drier and washing machine, they did not. 3. After hours phone service charge... i called them saturday morning and i got charge. They are more of this charges but il just mention this main ones. We were in an extreme state of stress when flooding happened and sometime its hard to look for the right company to help during those desperate times. This company has took advantage of that vulnerability. I contested the charges and they came back stating its legit and threaten to increase their charges to $3000 if i wont settle the bill.
