We subcontract additional help for larger projects and less skilled labor — they are always supervised by Bill or Dan. We are insured, but licensing is not required by the state. Cities & Villages often require bonding to work on larger projects. General service calls are charged $65 for the first hour and $45 thereafter. Larger projects are estimated or performed on a time and materials basis. T&M projects are typically based on open end work contracts with long term clients. Call for free estimate. Bill, besides being a excellent carpenter/handyman, is also a trained graphic designer.
