Great, fast service.  My central air went out on Labor Day weekend.  I thought I'd never find someone to fix this on a holiday weekend.  Rudy the service guy came out within a few hours.  Repair completed!  I couldn't be more happy.

Their office staff is friendly.  The tech was scheduled to arrive during a two hour window, and arrived well within that time slot. He did the work requested.

I have used Precision for the past several years for seasonal inspection of my furnace/humidifier. As always: on time, professional. I will continue to use them in the future

They're fine. I've been using them for years. They come on time and they do the job. They are honest.

I really liked them. They were very customer service oriented and stayed really late in order to finish. They wanted to make sure the air conditioner was done before we went to bed. When I had an issue later with the unit the gentlemen personally came to my house and took care of it and did not charge me. There was a lot of follow-up and there was a lot of sense of ownership from a service standpoint. I have used them for various things in the past as well like plumbing.

They are wonderful to work with. They were excellent. The price was reasonable and we have used them for 10 years.

They were very accommodating. We called them, they bought the air conditioners for us, and they put them in. They were a bit louder than we thought they would be so they came back to adjust one and I think it made it better. The price was less than I thought it would be.

This was work covered by the warranty company, I had a bad capacitor in my A/C. It was completed properly and in a relatively timely manner.

Grade experience. We were able to get them out within a few days after we called. We feel confident that our furnace is ready for the winter.

Contacted a compeditor who stated that the entire A/C system including duct work would need to be replaced in order to comply with new Village codes regarding duct work and because freon does not exist for my system. I contacted Precision and explained that the A/C had been previously charged and leaked over the winter. I emphasised that I wanted to source of the leak identified and only wanted to replaced the component that failed. Precision said that would not be a problem and stated that an entire A/C system would not be necessary if it is not severly degraded. The next day, a tech arrived, installed some freon and quickly confirmed that it was loosing pressure. After nearly an hour searching for a leak, he identified the source, isolated the condensor from the rest of the system, then filled all the lines with Nitrogen. The next day he returned to confirm that the Nitrogen pressure held which confirmed that there were no other system leaks. Within an hour and a half two additional techs removed, installed and charged system with Freon. 2010 was by far the hottest summer in our home and we are very happy with the comfort that Precision provided us. Overall, the owner, receptionist and techs were consistently friendly, genuine and provided a detailed explaination throughout the entire repair.

We haven't had any issues with the furnace since. The worker was prompt and finished the job quickly. He brought his child which didn't make me feel uncomfortable, but was worth noting. Not a big deal, just worth mentioning.

It was a quality experience. The service manager came out and gave our quote; he was very knowledgeable. They came on time and replaced the unit quickly. Their price was also very reasonable. Very professional, as well. I will be considering them if we ever need more work done.

The workers at this company are rude and disrespectful. The company does not respect private property. They have trespassed and parked on my property during an installation in a nearby townhouse. They blocked egress from my garage and when I asked them to move, they gave me a hard time. This company has no ethics or morals. Hire at your own risk.

Punctual, professional and reasonable. They may be a different company than the one in Alsip (I'm not sure).
