I like it because it's convenient and you can control the amount of food that they deliver. On top of that, they are dependable with their delivery times.

It’s a wonderful service.  They have a number of offices in different states.  I’m from Illinois, so here in Milwaukee you can order in the afternoon Monday through Sunday.  Then I think on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays you can actually get morning deliveries.  The delivery charge is only $6.95.  After you order so many times or you purchase so much, you become a VIP member and then every month you get a different special.  Two months ago, it was free hotdog from a certain brand.  So I got some free hotdogs.  This month, it’s free delivery.  You can use manufacturer’s coupons which is really nice; you just put them on an envelope and give to the driver.  If you are not home and working, you can do an unattended delivery where they pack them on containers for you and leave them at your door.  But obviously, I’m home so it’s really nice that they come in and put the groceries on the counter to make it easier for me.  They have just been wonderful.  They give you a two hours delivery window so when you sign up for your time, it’s usually a broader time slot and then the night before they deliver you know it will be down there in two hours or within that time frame that you gave.  They have never been late and it has been a great service.  Their quality of food is fantastic, they have the regular name brands and they also have their own name brands.   They drive a big green truck.  They come regularly now.  It's absolutely perfect for me.

I've had excellent experiences with them.

Just can't say enough great things about this company.  I first used Peapod about 7 years ago for few months and just stared using them again.  I don't know why I had ever stopped.  I must say that the pricing is MUCH better than it had been years ago. They now have their own store brand, which is comparable to the store brands in our local shops.  There are also a number of ways to chip away at the overall bill with delivery time incentives, coupons & sales.  I find myself actually spending the same and often less as I'm picking out only what I have on my list.  I can also stick to a budget much more easily as I can see the running total as I shop.  
Another great feature to this service are the delivery drivers.  Extremely professional, friendly & helpful. My father uses this service and his driver goes the extra mile to even help put the groceries in the freezer/fridge for him if needed. 
Like other reviewers, I too was concerned about the quality of the produce since I wasn't personally selecting what I bought, but so far that has been a very strong point for Peapod.  Excellent produce every time.  They've also never gotten my order wrong.  I honestly cannot say a single bad thing about this service.  It's so worth not having the hassle of driving to the grocery store in bad weather, dealing with crowds. and loading & unloading the groceries from the car.  I'm hooked!

I have used Peapod for several years now. I get online at their site and pick the products I want, pay for the good with a credit card or direct withdrawal, and the groceries come the next day. The attendant puts them where I ask. Cold foods are cold and frozen items are frozen. There is an 800 number to call in the event of a mistake or a damaged item. I have had to use this number maybe three times over the years and my money was promptly refunded. The delivery fee is 6.95. Coupons are accepted, and the store weekly specials are honored as well. All in all a painless way to shop. Certainly easier than hauling my children around the store with me!

I like that it's very convenient. Sometimes you don't have time to get to the store and just need a few things and so they're able to deliver within a couple of days and they have pretty wide selection of things that you can choose from which is nice.

Excellent service from Peapod. Drivers are courteous. Products are high-quality. Have been using this service for many months. Produce has been excellent. Variety is good. Food is excellent.

Ordered groceries online and they deliver them to you. It’s great because you don’t have to leave your home. They deliver right to your door. Their produce was what I was most worried about and it was the thing I ended up being most impressed with. It was excellent and very top quality. It is a little more expensive because they are doing all the work for you. You can get next day delivery. There has never been a mix-up in any of my orders. The delivery people are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is top quality.

I have ordered from them three times so far. Being able to shop online is so much fun and takes so little energy compared to walking through the store. If I could I would buy from them every month. The delivery guys are really great. If you order during a special time they will take $2.00 off the delivery fee. Sometimes they mail out coupons. They have their own store brand of food and the quality is great. They have alot of organic and natural foods available. I have been really happy with some of their food that I had never tried before. I really wish I could show with them every week. When I order from the website it will notify me if I try to order foods that I am allergic to and there are descriptions by each item.

I can't leave the home very often so this company has been great for buying groceries and having them delivered to my home.The delivery charge and taxes on the groceries is very reasonable. They have everything that you would find in a grocery store. If you put your order in by 8pm you will have your groceries by the next day. They deliver 7 days a week and are always punctual.

I love Peapod! Its easy to order, saves my time in the grocery store, the produce and meat is in very good shape, and they'll bring the groceries into the kitchen. If there's a problem with an item a simple email suffices to credit the account. That doesn't happen very often. I think prices are competitive. There is a $7.00 delivery fee and I always give a $10 tip but that extra is worth it to me. Also, if you're out of town, you can place an order from your iPhone (or whatever) and have fresh groceries waiting for you when you return.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Peapod. We had used them each week during the course of several months. Every week they arrived within the delivery window and the drivers who made the deliveries were very professional and courteous. I was a little apprehensive about ordering fresh produce sight unseen, but was extremely pleased with the quality. And best of all, they got our order exactly right each and every time. It's true they are a slight bit more expensive, but it was so worth it. After our baby was born, money got a lot more tight, so we didn't continue on with it, but it was a convenience at a time where we really needed it, and they really came through.

We've made six orders now. Shopping is easy and intuitive. I generally start shopping using the last order and then add items using the search function. Cost is just a bit higher than the local grocery, but quality is also a bit better. There are still things I go to the store for. We use Peapod for about 75% of our shopping. The good points; Once your list is done I review it and usually remove about $10 worth of stuff I didn't really want. Shopping is done in a half hour. Cold food arrives cold. Next day delivery!

You shop on-line from the Peapod website, make a list of groceries, which is saved on the site so you can shop from it next order. You select a delivery day and time, attended or unattended, and your groceries are delivered to your door for a small fee, approximately $7 or $8. I was skeptical of not picking out fresh produce myself, but the produce has been excellent, and the selection of brands to choose from is vast. I have spent less on my weekly grocery bill since I don't impulse shop and I save time and energy by not having to spend at least 2 hours each week shopping and lugging groceries. If there are a few specialty items I need, I can dash into my local store and be done in a few minutes. I tip the driver $10 each time, and it is worth it me, since grocery shopping has become a nightmare in recent years due to lack of time and painful joints. On one order I was shorted a bag of apples. I called and I was credited with the correct amount. Excellent product and service.
