Confirmed an appointment for 9 A.M. on a Monday. Confirmed my phone number in case they needed to reschedule. 9:30 A.M. came on Monday and I never received a phone call to let me know if they were running late or to reschedule. I finally had to call them after the no-show. They asked to reschedule at that time for the following day. Not only did I miss a 1/2 day of work, but this would have been a nice money maker and they failed to show for a scheduled appointment. Waste of my time AND money. Needless to say we will be going with a different company.

I think his prices are reasonable and he is very good about being prompt, he is always here the same time every week. I am very satisfied with his work.
