+ -1 moreTHE SALES PERSON DID NOT TELL ME THE DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE SUBS OF THE COMPANY. WHEN INSTALLING THE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING THEY KICKED THE WHEELS OUT OF PLACE BUT TOLD ME THE FRAME WAS DAMAGED. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED THE FRAME WAS NOT BROKEN BUT THE WHEELS WERE KICKED OUT OF POSITION. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT COME BACK BECAUSE THE FRAME IS NOT PART OF THE JOB. I CALLED MATTRESS GIANT AND SPOKE WITH A MANGER WHO SAID SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT. I WAS TOLD I HAD THE CHOICE OF BUYING THE BED FRAME WITH THE MATTRESS. MY HUSBAND AND SON FIX THE WHEELS. THE MANGER DID CALL AND SAID THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WOULD COME BACK. I EXPLAINED IT DID NOT NEED THEM ANY LONGER.
Description of Work: PURCHASE A MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING.
