Mattresses
BOUGHT A MATTRESS. THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ONE. HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET THE RIGHT ONE. RIGHT ONE ARRIVED DAMAGED. THEY SAID THEY RIPPED THE COVER WHEN UNLOADING IT AND GOT THE FABRIC DIRTY. WHEN IT WAS UNWRAPPED I DISCOVERED THAT SOMEONE HAD WALKED ACROSS IT WITH DIRTY SHOES, AND THEN RE-WRAPPED IT. WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO WEEKS FOR THE REPLACEMENT. DURING THIS SECOND WAIT, WE DECIDED TO GET A DIFFERENT MATTRESS ALTOGETHER. OUR SALESPERSON WAS NO HELP AT ALL IN CHOOSING SOMETHING BETTER, SO WE PICKED A NEW MATTRESS, THEY EXCHANGED IT FOR THE OLD AND WE FINALLY HAD A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP. THEN ABOUT A MONTH LATER, WHEN WE GOT SICK OF THE FRAME SLIDING AROUND AND MAKING TERRIBLE GRINDING NOISE, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE IDIOTS WHO SET UP THE BED DIDN'T TIGHTEN ANY OF THE BOLTS AND THE WHOLE THING HAD COME APART. PLUS, THE WHEEL WAS BROKEN AND SCRATCHING UP OUR NEW FLOOR! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MARSHALL FIELD'S AGAIN!!!
