I HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE, ON THE WHOLE, WITH THIS COMPANY. SINCE I AM OUT OF TOWN IT IS DIFFICULT TO ASSESS THE WORK AND I HAVE TO RELY ON SECOND HAND REPORTS.  THERE HAVE BEEN REPLACEMENT CLEANERS AND I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE WORKERS WHOSE WORK WAS UNSATISFACTORY. I COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER AND SHE WAS IMMEDIATELY REPLACED.  SO FAR THE REPLACEMENT HAS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB.  THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR ME SINCE 4/2011.

Overall it was okay, but not as good as we had expected. For example, the tv and entertainment center were not dusted (which seems like an obvious thing to clean). The cleaning lady needed a lot of direction and her English was not great so there was a communication barrier.

They come every other week which is twice a month. They also go by the name Skokie Maid. I think it depends on what part of the North Shore we are in. It's either through Skokie or Ravinia. I seem to remember calling Ravinia Maid Service when we first moved here to get it all set up. Now anytime I have called, I use the listing under the yellow pages for Skokie. Sometimes I do have them change the bedding. It's not part of my regular service. I have four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. I get the same people every time. I am not always at home, so they have the key to get in. They are very reliable. I like being able to have the same person every week. I feel like they do a very good job and if I ever need them to do extra things like change my bedding or clean out the refrigerator, they are always able to accommodate me. If I have to change the dates, I am always accommodated. They are easy to work with.
