+ -1 moreThey have a department store as well as a furniture store. The girl there who was a designer helped me with the color scheme. I liked what I saw there. They were a little more at the high end as far as price. I bought a rug, dinning room chairs and couple of living room side chairs. They were well informed, patient and helpful. Even if I wasn?t buying with them, they helped me.

+ -1 moreWe were assisted with our purchase by Louise who was a sincere pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. We will purchase additional furniture from Macy's in the future based on this experience. Delivery was within a week and included in the price, as was taking away our old mattress.
Description of Work: We searched multiple stores in the region for a new mattress. Not only did Macy's have the largest selection, but their prices were hands down the best as it was in the middle of a semi-annual sale. The original cost of the mattress was nearly 2 times what we paid.
