Lucky's Hand Car Wash

Worse carwash ever. Glass had streaks of some substance like a wax. Inside was hardly touched and whatever they used to wipe left this grime all over. They missed the doors. And didn't clean the water out the mirror so left the outside of the car with streaks of dirt. They just want you in and out. Waste of 30 bucks. Never again.

Excellent. Service can take up to 45 minutes on a busy day, but a great deal for around $20 rather than over $100 for a full detail.

This business does excellent work. It is off the charts. I will never go elsewhere for a car wash in Chicagoland.

They have a double line going with six cars in each. Four guys work on each car handwashing and interior cleaning. They do a very detailed cleaning in and out.

I felt that $14.00 was a low price for all they did. They aim to please, and they certainly do.

The entire staff is most pleasant and you know that they appreciate the business.

Their hours are accommodating. M-F 7 until 7. AND Sunday! 7-5.

Well worth the few extra miles if you don't live in Skokie.

I've been going to Lucky's for 3+ years. It's a great car wash service -- you can just drive up and often there's no wait for them to take your car through the process. It takes about 15-20 minutes and there's a waiting room for you to wait inside (recently remodeled) with chairs and a TV. It's an excellent value -- you can get the most popular wash (outside and inside) for $18. This option is very thorough. You can also get a more comprehensive detail service which requires a reservation.
Though I have gotten the detail in the past (they did an amazing job), general maintenance really only requires the routine car wash for me. It's so thorough that it lasts for weeks. The wax is great, as is the inner vacuum and cleaning. Nice people and very convenient. I'm very happy with Lucky's and will continue to go back often!

Went pretty well just was ticked that their availability was not for 3 weeks and only day open was a weekday so I had to leave my car and take the train.

Takes abotu 20 minutes, but all done by hand, with attention to detail, from start to finish. No streaks. No brushes. A complete and professional job!

The experience was perfect. They just pull the car in and run it through a line. They do a good job.
