IF THEY HAD THE BEST RATE, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I WAS NOT CREDITED FOR HAVING PAID THE PROPERTY TAX AND THIS TOOK TWO MONTHS TO CORRECT AND WAS VERY INCONVENIENT. MY SUGGESTION IS TO TRY TO GET THE ESCROW WAIVED.
