Dr Sheperd and the lactation consultants and office staff are wonderful!! Without the lactation consultants help I wouldn't have been able to breastfeed. They even hve a free book program for kids.

Great visits, as usual. The front desk staff is always nice and knows what they are doing when it comes to billing, etc. Everything was on time. Had to wait a bit once back in the rooms, but no more than a typical doctor's office. Doctors are very caring, know their stuff, and have a great bedside manner with the kids. This doctor's office is also tech savvy -- you can request appointments and see records online, and they can send you text reminders. This place is great and I highly recommend it.

We have been going there for about three years now. It is a great practice. They are very professional and very responsive. The doctors are very friendly and great with the kids. The practice itself is run very well. I have no complaints. We have been very happy with them. The facility is clean and relatively new. The staffs are very friendly and very available.

As always, they listen to my concerns very attentively. Their check-up is always thorough. Dr. Divencenzo takes the time to listen, provides details and suggests different treatment options. She makes us feel empowered to take care of our son when he is sick. Great practice and terrific doctor!

Dr. DiVincenzo is great! We love her. We have been seeing her since 2007 when my daughter was born (now there is a boy in the picture too). We haven't had too many medical scares but when we have, she has been UNBELIEVABLE! We have friends that feel the same way about her. My only complaint is the office has become so popular that the sick walk-in is tricky... I usually try to make an appointment rather than walk-in. I would HIGHLY recommend her office to anyone! Best part is the 7 day/week office hours. Plus, the nurses are SO GREAT/REPONSIVE. Pluse the office staff is WONDERFUL too, especially Theo.

We love Dr. Cathy. The office staff is SO friendly and it's very easy to call and speak to a nurse. Ive been in other practices where this was not the case so it's very refreshing to have a practice like Kids First!

All of the doctors in the practice are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is also very easy to get an appointment with very short notice. They also have walk in hours every weekday morning and are open on Saturday and Sunday.
