Very well. Joseph exceeded our expectations.

He is very good and very efficient. They made sure to clean after themselves. They even took our dog out on a walk one day. They were very friendly and cooperative. He was willing to make the floor look exactly how I wanted it. They were very willing to work with us to achieve our goals. The price was fair for the job that was done.

Joseph did the total remodeling work for our house. We started looking for them to do the flooring of our project, but was so impressed with them that we ended up giving them all of the project minus plumbing and electrical. The quality of the work was A+, but the most impressive part was the honesty and professionalism. They worked with me every step to ensure work was done to our requirements, was patient, and worked long hours to ensure that the project was finished on time. For example, when I needed design ideas for tiling the master shower and bathroom walls, Joseph patiently worked with me for an whole evening playing with the tile sets, giving me advise until I came up with a design that I like. He is also very particular about perfection and doing the job right, which is not common these day unfortunately. Finding a contractor that will do a good job is hard these days. Finding an honest contractor that is pleasant to work with throughout a long project... well, that's even harder. Good luck with your project, and definitely give Joseph a try.

They quoted a price of $595. They arrived to do the work and found the apartment a complete mess by the old tenants. They discounted the price and then were nice enough to take on the mess. It caught me by surprise that they were really sweet people.
