Phenomenal! Joey’s is the best moving company hands down. They didn’t fool around with giving me a high price then offering a discount like other movers, a fair price quoted right away. The guys working for them are professional, efficient, polite. Quite frankly, I’ve never seen movers work so effectively. I always go to Joey’s becayI know I’m in the best hands!!

There were no one riblems. The two-man team was on time downtown. They collected and packed the painting and delivered it to me in the suburbs.

Got the spiel from Joey Moves Solutions of 9823 S Ridgeland Ave, Chicago Ridge, IL 60415, of how great they're and how long they've been in business, got quoted an hourly rate which was agreed to and for the service to be performed on Saturday 4/29 morning, then he called to change to Sunday between 12 - 2pm, At 12:20pm on Sunday someone else called to say they can't get the labor to do the job, and that's when we found out Joe's Moves Solutions subcontracted our job to someone else, these new guys proceeded to pushed back the move to between 3 -5pm and again to 5:30pm ... then at 6:15pm received another call asking if the can do the job tomorrow Monday a working day ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME, WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE JOB IF YOU CAN'T DO IT !!?? SO I WOULDN'T CONSIDER THEM FOR ANY FUTURE MOVING NEEDS OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE IN MILLION YEARS, WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WHAT A PUNCH OF YAHOOS.

It was great! I booked with a week's notice. Joey's sent a two-person team to pick up the painting. They were punctual and followed directions from staff on-site. They wrapped the painting and put reinforced cardboard corners on it. The delivery was quick! They brought it to my home, unwrapped it, and carted away the wrapping materials. Charges were exactly as estimated.

Poor planning, not enough furniture protection, did not send check for damages that they agreed to pay. On Day 1 I specifically asked them to bubble wrap all pictures on the wall. The guy in charge said he did not have supplies with him and that the Day 2 movers would handle it. On Day 2 I saw my pictures stacked on the floor of the truck next to each other with no blankets or protection. As a result many picture frames had dents and scratches. Several pieces of furniture were damaged for example: 2 inch tear in a $600 leather chair and a corner broken off of a marble top table. I gave the movers a damage report. Sadly they said they would pay me 30 cents per pound per article which resulted in $201 total. (This would be $3.60 for the leather chair rip.) That was their standard contract term that I had signed. I didn’t know any better. On hindsight I should have paid extra for higher coverage, but since they haven’t paid my claim it probably doesn’t matter. It’s been more than 5 months since I gave them my damage claim and I still have not received their check for $201. I called and emailed them many times. Poor planning by the move manager. He walked through my home and said one day was enough to move me out of my old elevator building and into the new place. That was bad planning. It took 7 hours to fill the truck. The move needed two days. People at my new residence were unhappy that the movers were bringing things in after 10 pm at night. Two of the moving guys were very good. Two were not and caused problems, for example: they put a box marked “fragile computer monitor” on the floor with heavy boxes on top of it.

Terrible!Took six hours longer than their estimate. They get fake estimates and then hit up the customers for thousands of dollars more when payment is due. He quoted $3200 but intern is trying to get us to pay just under $4700. It's ridiculous! Stay away, not worth it. There are too many other great companies out there.

Joey was attentive and professional from first contact through moving day. Both crews were really excellent, arrived on time, and were easy to work with. It was a particularly complicated move but they packed and handled furniture carefully and were able to solve problems with the service elevator in the new building. They were also fast and completed both jobs within the proposed time frame.

Movers were on time. Professional. Never stopped until the move was complete. Great experience. Would use again. A shout out to the movers: Eric and Te.

Smooth, careful and quick. The guys were easy to work with didn't leave until everything was unwrapped and exactly where we wanted it. Cost came in at the estimated price even though they dealt with some traffic. Very happy with Joey's.

They arrived on time and worked tirelessly for eleven hours. They wrapped items carefully and loaded them into the truck. paying attention to place items so they didn't move or rub. Arriving in Evanston, they used large cartons and dollies to move the items through the garage, up the elevator, and down a long hallway. They were careful and responsible, and nothing was damaged or broken. They worked the entire time and did not take breaks. I would highly recommend Joey's movers.

This appointment was scheduled for the above date. I then cancelled as my daughter had twins earlier than expected. I then called to reschedule for same date and 
they were so willing to make it happen, even on a busy Saturday.  The crew, Jose and Eric arrived on time and got to work immediately.  They were so nice and nothing was too much trouble for them.  It was a bit disorganized on our end, but they plowed through and made it absolutely painless. New mom was situated in a new master bedroom,  2 year old and twins have a new playroom and bedroom and the basement is stocked for the next move with Joey's.  This is a great company,  from first phone call to last box out.  Thank you so much!

Romero and Romero were the two men that did the work.   They work in perfect sync and did not waste one minute. They never left a room or floor empty handed and took great care with each item.  Nothing seemed to be too much to ask and they were so pleasant in their responses to difficult requests.They finished in less time than was quoted and left everything just as we wanted it.  They even allowed me to change my mind as to furniture placement without hesitation to make it work for us.
We are so pleased we contracted with Joey's Movers.  We are using them again June 21 to move my daughter's family.

Hired company to move an armoire and grand piano from living room to adjacent dining room while floors are refinished. Specifically asked to make sure they knew how to break down and properly move and store a studio grand piano. Three very tiny men arrived, none of whom had the slightest idea what to do with a grand piano. They were barely strong enough to move the armoire and were completely perplexed at how to move the piano. I called the office and expressed my concern. The person who answered the phone just kept reiterating " they know how to move a grand piano" while the guys on site were asking "does the lid come off"? They finally concluded they could not properly breakdown the piano and place it on a piano board to move it, so they just manhandled it the best they could to get it out of the room and into the dining room as it was. I'm not satisfied because the piano consumes the entire temporary space whereas if the legs had been removed and the piano properly stored on a piano board on its side, I would have plenty of space to maneuver through the dining room while work is being done. Do not hire this company if you have large, heavy furniture and certainly not if you have a grand piano. I will not hire them to move it back next week!

They did a great job.  They provided a reasonable rate.  They were very efficient.  We were happy with them.

They were early, friendly, and efficient.  I would definitely use them again.

I was able to hire them within 48 hours.
