Description of Work: In March 2019 we signed a contract with J&B Home Renovations Inc. to have our roof completely replaced. Same month the job was finished (while we were away on spring break) and all job paid by us in full. August 2019 we have leaks in 4 places in 2 of the rooms (our master and the kitchen). Warranty for labor is 5 years and warranty for building materials for 10 years. They came and installed a new vent saying the roof wasn't properly venting. Water leaks still happened and they replaced part of our roof. Few months later water leaks happen in our kids bedroom as well as nursery. We contacted them again and they ignore us. By February 2021 we have water damage/ leaks in 6 rooms in our house. Our home has been fully remodeled in 2017 so our brand new oak floors are by now damaged, our ceilings are covered in 3 rooms with cedar planks (damaged now), walls and electrical damage as well as personal belongings- furniture, art, sheets... Last conversation with Julio Ullola was in February 2021 when he replied to us trying to get him to come fix this and stand behind the warranty: "Don't you ever call me again. I gave you a good roof. You have other issues with your roof."
