Great on time set up was easy they came back on time to take everything away.

I set everything up with Jon. He took the time to sit with me at the store and explain everything and responded to all of my emails. Delivery was on time and correct. The delivery guys set up the dance floor very quickly.

House of Rental Skokie is open until noon on Saturdays. I pulled into an empty parking lot at 11:30. As I was walking into the building, four-five cars pulled into the parking lot. There was one party waiting ahead of me, on their cell phones, figuring out their rental needs. The clerk promptly helped me, as they were figuring what to do. As the store filled, he was calm and cool. When I commented, he explained it's always a "last minute rush" but wasn't complaining, just explaining.

House of Rental is closed on Sundays. I was supposed to return my light first thing Monday morning. Well, I forgot! How dumb. Now I'd have to pay for an additional day. On the way over I planned how I would explain, beg, cajole my way out of the extra fee. I walked in at 8:00 Tuesday morning, led off with "I forgot to return this yesterday . . ." and was promptly cut off with "No problem. Have a nice day." and was sent on my way. I WILL use House of Rental again.

Nothing much to tell. There was a moment of panic when it seemed they did not have my order, but they found it and everything else was smooth.

It went very well.

I was very happy with the overall experience. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

The salesman was very polite; they were one of the few places that still had tables and chairs available, and their price was far better than everyone else's. Equipment was fine, and delivery/pickup folks came when they said they would.
