Scratched my floors due to not properly moving a safe. I told them if that is how they were going to move it I will get my friends to help me. Did not listen and brand new wood floors were scratched. Broke furniture due to improper lifting. Offered help and was told no it is ok but in the end, they broke lots of furniture. The walls were scratched up. They did help me move a lot of stuff so the ratio for moving stuff and getting broke was low but everything was avoidable. Ghosted me after telling them my concerns. They said they take it seriously but no one will get back to me.
