Excellent service and responsiveness. I called Tom J the manager, the morning after the rug was stained. Tom arranged for the rug to be picked up that morning. The rug was cleaned and delivered to my home a week later. The stain was gone and the rug looked bright and brand new. The two men who picked up and delivered the rug were courteous, efficient and very professional. They reinstalled the rug. We had purchased the rug approximately four years ago from Tom. Tom is a very knowledgable and responsive professional who gave us excellent advice about our rug as well as the decor of the room. Cleaning Oriental rugs is expensive. I don't know what competitors would charge for the cleaning. However, Nahigian's quality is very high and their service is excellent both in the purchase and maintenance of rugs.

The rug looks great. Was somewhat surprised that it took 3 weeks however but they must clearly send it offsite somewhere.

The crew was punctual and professional. They moved furniture when they came to collect the rugs and put everything back in place when the rugs were returned. The rugs were not heavily soiled or stained, but they were dingy in places and showed traffic paths. They came back looking like new.

They picked it up at my old house and delivered it to my new condo. They had it for a couple of weeks. They cleaned the rug and I got a new pad to go under it. The carpet was very clean upon completion. They were very professional and accommodating.
