THEY MISDIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. THEIR CHARGE WAS EXCESSIVE FOR THE WORK THEY PERFORMED. THE PROBLEM RECURRED AND WAS EVENTUALLY REPAIRED BY ANOTHER PLUMBER.

THEY DISASSEMBLED THE UNIT, MADE A MESS, COULDNT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, CHARGED ALMOST $700, AND THEN DIDNT REASSEMBLE IT. POOR CLEAN UP, AND THEY HAD NO DESIRE TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINTS.
