He was prompt and professional--went over everything and clearly explained all to me.  A/C system needed Freon.  The weather cooled down so we didn't turn the system on again until the weekend.  It started making a very loud vibration noise so I called again on Tuesday to ask if perhaps something was missed.  He assured me that he always stands behine his work and came right out again that very day (at no charge) to check on it.  He was very kind and patient, as we had to turn the system on a couple of times before it made the noise.  He checked it again and said that the compressor was going.  He recommended that we try to wait it out the season and then perhaps replace it.  He emailed me quotes later that week.

Hanic heating was quick and responsive to our needs.  For the A/C unit it was in a condo building and they had to get the new compressor through a small roof hatch.  They had no complaints and did a neat and professional job.  While they were there they also fixed a leak in the humidifier and check the furnace operation.
For the hot water, they replaced a rusty hot water with a new high efficiency hot water heater.  They had to run electric to support the forced blower system.
Will use again.

had no heat, called HANIC they cam out and troubleshoot my system told me it was my thermostat, replaced it, works great.
