In spite of specifically telling the company I needed the ice maker fixed, I was not told that they would only fix the water connection behind the fridge, and not look at the plastic tubing going up the back of the fridge. I was told by the plumber (Bob), that came that he would not fix the icemaker, only repair the shut off valve behind the fridge, so I had to call another workman, at Appliance King to fix tubing from pipe tubing to fridge. In the bathroom shower, he forgot to turn on the cold water after replacing the cartrage in the pipes, so I then was getting only hot water in that bathroom and only cold water in the adjoining bathroom which I had not problem with before plumber came. Company said all this due to shutting down the riser. They sent another plumber the next day to see what the problem was and he partially fixed the water although saying that you don't get very hot and very cold water in shower.
