I had researched sounds bars a bit online and on best buy's site.  When I walked in they asked if they could help me and I told them what I was looking for.  They directed me to the area I was looking for.  When I walked in the area a nice young man asked if he could help me find something but not in a pressured way.  I explained what I was interested in.  He showed me the options and was very knowledgable.  At first it appeared they didn't have the model I was interested in but he checked on the computer and found they had two in stock.  He also showed me the setup they had which used my TV and the bar I was looking at so I could hear how it would sound.  As I was looking another young salesman who had helped me a couple weeks before with picking out a flat screen TV walked up and said hello and asked how my TV was working out - he remembered me!!!!    In the meantime the first salesman got the product and checked me out in the back so there was no line to wait in.  I was in and out in less than 15 minutes which was great. Got exactly what I wanted and great service too!

We also purchased a TV from them and their prices are good. I think their pricing on the dishwasher was fair.

They know a lot about computers. I don't always get the right fit. I never know who I am going to get. I don't always get the same person if I ask for a particular person. I am beginning to rethink the whole set up. They provide a valuable service. The responsiveness is not great, but it is not the technicians' fault. I would think seriously about using them again.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD AWFUL EXPERIENCES BUYING CAR STEREOS FROM BEST BUY, THIS WAS FOR MY WIFE'S CAR & SHE DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT. NOT ONLY WERE THEY HELPFUL, THE INSTALLATION TOOK HALF THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD & THEY STARTED IMMEDIATELY. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.

THE PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE AND THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME.
