I was in need of a temporary live-in caregiver, and this website was recommended by one of my very good friends. I could't be happier with my choice! The owner handles each case personally and makes sure all parties are 100% satisfied, therefore everything is done with perfection and timely. Cost is very low compared with similar agencies, but the quality of care and professionalism is superb. I will definitely use this agency in the future, whenever I ever need a caregiver or even a housekeeper for my parent's house.

The services were amazing! it was super easy to explain my needs to the owner and find the right person for me. I felt like everything was done above my expectations, and looked forward to my helper coming, and saving me from loads of laundry and dirty dishes. The lady even offered to cook dinners, when she saw how limited I was! I could have never asked for more. I definitely will be using this agency in the future, for other services as well. The person from this agency that services my house on a regular basis is just wonderful and the most amazing house manager I have had. Not only does she do anything and everything you ask her to do (see description above for some of her duties) but she always goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is extremely respectful, will not touch personal belongings or go into more private areas of your house without first making sure you are comfortable with it. Does the most amazing job getting stains out of clothes :) and folding and sorting all the laundry. The kitchen looks brand new after she is done. She created a vegetable garden in a corner of my property from scratch, yes, from a regular piece of yard she dug it all up, mixed with manure, planted seeds and tomato plants and now I have a thriving vegetable garden (that she weeds and waters when she comes, haha) - I simply couldn't believe it, it was all her recommendation, too. She is very knowledgeable about all things related to gardening and has a "green thumb". She is very honest and I feel completely comfortable leaving her at my house by herself to accept packages on my behalf or wait for service people while I'm at work or running errands. Some days she comes, does her job and leaves before I even come back from work. What I love the most is that she is very proactive, you don't have to make a list of all the little details of what you want done - when she sees something needs to be done, she will either just do it or ask you if you want her to. For example, just last week I was defrosting a large piece of beef in the fridge but was out all day, she called me to ask if I would like her to cook something with it or get it started in the slow cooker for me! I mean, come on, who does that? I just cannot say enough good things about her services and attitude. She really enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. I would definitely recommend her for anything you need done around the house.
