Quick response to email requesting quote to get stains out of marble floor and counter in bathroom. Buffed out floor and counter with diamond grit abrasive and sealed floor and counter. Also cleaned and sealed marble shower walls. Work was done efficiently and process was quiet. Cleanup was amazing; probably better than I clean our bathroom.

Pricey for the service they provided

Two words: "Fantastic job". Our marble shower, floor and counter tops in our master bath look absolutely beautiful and like new! FCH Marble was very easy to work with and arrived on time and finished the job on time. Highly recommend this company. We had our master bath restored 6 yrs ago by another vendor and there was a significant difference in the quality of work between the two vendors. So glad we found FCH Marble!

This vendor was very easy to work with - got someone out quickly for a quote, scheduling was no hassle, the day of they arrived right on time and finished in almost the exact amount of time they told me it would take for the job. I only knocked the customer service to 4.5 out of 5 because they don't accept credit cards, which can be a hassle for some people.

The individual who completed the job was very timely and efficient.

Had scratches and a stain that was etched into the marble. Polished the marble and it looked better than when it was installed. I also had tile around tub regrouted. Looks better than when it was installed 16 years ago. Technician was on time and cleaned up after work was completed. I would highly recommend them

They were very polite and on time. They did not make a mess. Although the repair tech tried, he was not able to repair the crack in our stone to the point where we could not see it.

FCH called and emailed just after my servicemagic submission. They were very organized and were timely in getting out for a quote. They completed the work they described in the time they estimated. Best of all the, the marble restoration was excellent.

We had a 2-inch piece of granite chip off the end of our countertop. The customer service rep (Janet) of FCH Marble was thorough by following through my request to make sure when and how the job would be completed as well as providing an estimate. The actual laborer that came to the site was very friendly and courteous. The only downside (which really can't be avoided) was the bonding agent used to patch the granite was noxious (fiberglass/Bondo type of chemical odor) for a couple of hours - which we weren't informed about, but I assumed (from working with bonding agents in construction myself).

We are pleased and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
