Enrique Roofing was AMAZING! They were very honest about what did and did not need repairs. They showed up when they said they would and were very responsive when I’d call with questions. The finished product is great and the price was right. I’d use them again for sure!

Our condo building hired Enrique’s roofing to repair some issues with some leaking in our roof membrane, a leaky window, and some soffit work. As it turns out, our issue was a lot worse than we anticipated, the entire parapet wall had to be replaced. It was crumbling from mold and water damage. Without hesitating, they said they could rebuild the parapet wall and gave us a fair price. In addition, they repaired two windows, one that was causing leaking into a unit. They painted and sealed all our soffit and accompanying gutters. They also did tuckpointing work on front of the building that had been damaged from lots of ice and snow during the winter months. And to top it off, they included some additional repair of some significant tuckpointing work on the chimney within the price of the job that was not originally on the proposal. Their work was excellent! I can not say enough about the quality of their work. They were really efficient with the completion of the job. Their staff was very professional, always started the day on time, and answered all of our questions, which were a lot. They always answered any voicemails we left. Bottom line, they did an amazing job! We would hire them in an instant for any future work that is needed for our roof and would recommend them to anyone in the Andersonville/Uptown area and the North Side of Chicago.

Enrique's Roofing is fantastic!!! They have done multiple projects on my building's roof, and we keep going back to them for repairs. Most recently, they replaced my entire roof membrane after significant interior leaking after the winter snow melt. The project took a week and involved removing our deck, taking up our old roof membrane, removing all the rotting wood down to the joints, replace joints and ISO board, install a new roof membrane, put our entire deck back together, and re-paint the whole thing. The Team arrives promptly every day, they work extremely efficiently, they are always responsive, and they continue to impress us with the quality of their work. We will absolutely use Enrique's again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to make roof repairs.

Excellent work and super timely. Came out next morning and fixed the roof during the week of a massive snow storm. Could not be happier.

They called back and came out very quickly after receiving my request. Showed me photos and described what they would be doing. Fixed the problem the same day. A couple of months later, had another small leak and they came back and fixed that at no charge. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

I had a leak in my roof that I thought may have been caused by the wind storm in August, but my insurance company came out and said I needed a repair unrelated to the storm meaning the cost of repair would be my responsibility. I contacted several companies, many did not return my call or simply said they are only installing new roofs or repairing if they have previously installed. All of this is to say that I found Enrique's on Angie's list. After requesting a quote on-line, I immediately received a call back and Enrique & team came the very next day to inspect the roof. He went on the roof, went in the attic and gave the cost of repair. The very day the estimate was given, my roof was repaired. He also gave me a suggestion for a future vent repair that I may want to consider before it becomes a real issue. The roof repair cost was reasonable, service quick and thoroughly explained to me in a friendly manner (showed me pictures of the roof pre and post repair). I can confidently recommend Enrique and will definitely use in the future.

My husband my and myself are VERY HAPPY with their work. They did great work. They had a hard time with one of my doors ( mind you was never changed in about 10 yrs and frame was awful)but they pulled it through. They are our list for our next few projects in our home.

Siding repair

Excellent. Their quote was the best of three that we received. They came on the day and at the time they said they would, and finished when they said they would. They worked efficiently and professionally, with hardly a break, until the job was finished. They did everything they said they would in their quote, including replacing rotted wood. They asked us to inspect the job, and they wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. They used high-quality materials, including a very highly rated shingle, which, by the way, was exactly the color and style we specified. It was clear that they take great pride in their work. The priced we paid was exactly the price that was quoted. The roof and gutters look great and we expect that they will perform that way, too. The team was five men, and they were all very pleasant and easy to work with. We're very pleased.

Enrique and his crew did a great job. They showed up on tine and finished the job in 4 hours. The quality was excellent and I would hire him again.

I had old siding removed from my addition and garage; they provided plenty of color choices to select. I selected a unique siding color which turned out great! Both my garage and addition look brand new! My garage did have a few challenges but they worked thru it with no issues. The end result was more than I expected. I am the only one in my block with unique / great looking siding! Plus I had them install shingles, gutters, facia and soffit to prevent any water damage. They were also the best with prices for my project, very competitive and paid attention to my projects requirements to ensure I was a happy customer. I highly recommend Enrique’s roofing.

I contacted Enrique's Roofing for an estimate on roof repairs to stop a leak from coming into my home. Enrique came out the same day, and performed a thorough inspection of my roof including the chimney, metal flashing, and gutters. He provided me with a detailed description of the work that needed to be completed, as well as took the time to explain the details of each task. Within a week, Enrique and his team showed up as promised and completed the job in one day. At the conclusion of the job, Enrique allowed me to view video footage of the before and after, as well as assured me that my problems had been rectified. It has only been a week since the repairs but we've had two rainy days since then and I have not seen any water. Hopefully my issue has been corrected, but to further ease my fears, Enrique guaranteed his work for two years.
