My Handyman recommended this company to me and he gave me a flyer with their business information. The flyer stated that they were fully bonded and insured. I stated that I needed someone who spoke English so I could communicate the tasks better. Three out of the four cold not competently understand English. The first lady was with me for one month but didn’t speak fluent English. The second lady was with me for 6 months, but she had to leave the service industry. She spoke great English and I was very pleased with her performance. The third lady did not speak fluent English and she chipped my sink. The fourth lady that was sent out scratched my microwave. Kristina was supposed to send her husband out the next day and he never showed and she never followed up with me regarding the damages done by the cleaners. She kept insisting that she would send out someone who would speak English, but never followed through.
