They always do excellent work. They are very accommodating and very customer service-oriented. One of the owners even came out to check the work and to make sure we were satisfied. We have been very happy with them.

I was remodeling my daughter's bathroom from a little girl's pink tile to a modern neutral bathroom. I wanted a neutral floor tile color and needed to find something to replace a 5-6 inch border surrounding the tub/shower area. Michael came out to my house for measurement and estimate. The border that needed to be replaced in the shower/tub area was a specific measurement which limited my options. Michael took the time to help with the selection process and to investigate. The removal and installation took approximately 2 1/2 days and was done very professionally. I was extremely satisfied with the results. I was worried about the removal of the old border in the shower/tub because I had no extra tile in case any the border removal cracked the existing tile that I was keeping. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely use Dallia again.

From start to finish, Mike and his team did a great job! From selecting tile samples in the showroom, to scheduling appointments to the final installation, everyone we worked with was cordial, professional and helpful. Our shower installation and tile design had some challenges, but Mike worked well with my us and my general contractor to make sure everything was done right. This company is committed to customer satisfaction and truly cares that you are pleased with both the process and final results. We will be remodeling our kitchen in the future and plan on hiring Dallia again for that project.

I fell in love with the exotic brazilian hardwood floor and wanted it for my new kitchen. Steve sold it to me. This was my first kitchen remodel and I had never owned a house before. If I did, I would have known that a busy family with three dogs should NEVER put dark, glossy floors in their kitchen. I am upset that they sold me this floor without warning me about the possibility that it would never look clean in this type of environment. After about a week this wood that is supposed to be so hard was horribly scratched up. I think its just the finish that is scratched but that was not the look I was going for. I called them to put me in touch with the floor manufacturer to see what can be done about the scratches but no one ever got back to me. In the meantime I have to constantly clean the floors and they never look clean. Thank you very much Dallia.

Mike, who came out to measure and write the job proposal, was extremely helpful. He suggested this flooring, which was perfect for our purposes. It is waterproof, which is ideal for a basement. The workmen were efficient, neat, and finished the job according to plan.
I later purchased from Dallia a small amount of extra flooring for a closet that was not part of the original job and that we were having our own handyman install. When we were short 3 boards, Mike gave them to us free of charge. The company was terrific to work with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending them.

Mike & Steve handled this job with professionalism, timelines and high quality! Dan the floor installer came early each and worked 8 - 9 hours straight for 2 days installing the new floor in the kitchen and laundry room. He cleaned up the area, was professional, extremely talented and did an excellent job.

Waterproofing my basement required removing a portion of the basement floor. Once that was done, I was in need of someone to replace the vinyl planks (floor tiles) in the floor. I had a lot of trouble finding someone to do the job. It was a relatively small job, but not an easy job. I contacted Dallia and we agreed over the phone on the price and a date. He sent a guy out to do the work. He was on time and did an excellent job, very professional and clean. I would highly recommend Dallia.

Extremely well. this is the 3rd floor they have installed for me. A new bathroom floor 10 years ago. A new kitchen floor in 2012 and now a new basement floor in 2013.

Project went very well. I had a new whirlpool tub installed, during which I discovered that tile and underlayment was rotted out. Had to get new tile that matched the existing tile (or at least complemented it), had to get it and get it installed fast (three days). This was not a large project -- just the tile surrounding a drop-in tub, but these guys were fantastic. Picked out the tile in less than an hour, and within three days, they had raised the surrounding deck to match height of new tub and installed tile. Price was good too, and the guys were pleasant to have in the house. Very, very satisfied customer. I will be going back for my next remodel project.

At the onset I thought there may be a set back. As the installer un-rolled the floor material he noted 2 tears in the material. I can tell you he was not happy the their vendor shipped material that had a few defects. I was presented 2 options. The 1st. option was to delay the installation and have new material shipped from the vendor. This would set back the project at least a week to 10 days. Option 2, to cut away the defective areas of the material & panel in with the available excess material. It was explained that a special adhesive would be used to glue together. I chose Option 2. as I did not want to be set back any amount of time.
The repair work was done to !50% beyond my expectation. GREAT WORK. The Floor looks AWESOME. I will call this company again should I need any flooring work. Thank you to the entire staff of Dallia Floor & Wall Company

WE selected desired flooring in Dallia showroom, with advice and assistance from staff member who was very helpful and not at all aggressive in selling any particular product. We were given samples to take hom and consider. When we called back, a staff member made and kept an appointment to measure. Estimate of cost given promptly, and start date arranged. Workers arrived when promised and completion estimate of one week was accurate. Furniture moved as needed and replaced at end of work. Workers polite and pleasant. We are very happy with the results.

It went beautifully. The guy showed up precisely on time, cleaned up at the end of each day so kitchen was usable, finished when he said he would. He encountered one glitch trying to remove old tile, but solved the problem without a lot of drama, no extra cost.

The company was helpful in recommending a tile which would be good for our intended use and had a good selection to choose from. The installer did a very good job and was in and out on the day he was scheduled. The price was very reasonable and the quality was just as expected.

Went to their store to look at tile/make selections -- very helpful. Picked out tile and made appointment for Michael to come to my home for estimate. Received estimate within the week. Called to let Michael know I was happy with estimate and we agreed on a start date. In the meantime, sent check to Dallia. Installer showed up on specified date on time and went to work removing two previous floors and one sub-floor. Took all to alley for garbage disposal. Then, tile delivered by someone else on same day. New sub-floor installed...and went to work on tile floor. Second day, wall tile and second half of floor tile installed. Third day -- grouting and clean-up.
Great work -- professional and efficient. Installer Dave at my home each day on time and couldn't have been nicer. Asked my opinion on layout of tiles across widest part of kitchen. Once we figured out, went to work on floor and then walls. I live in an older home and he made corners look straight (which they aren't) and grout lines were even. Did a great job around windowsill on one wall too. Dave is a professional and his work speaks for itself!

They were okay. Somebody else installed it. Their stuff was pretty high end but it was good stuff. I would recommend them to others. Their customer service was good. They had it the next day. They did not have anything there, they had to order everything but they had it the next day. I had not used this provider before. I found them right on the street; I had not seen them and used them before.

They did a very good job overall. The tile they were working with was a handmade tile with slight variations, and the finished looks great. Because we weren't 100% decisive on the plan, they did have to make a couple of alterations, but they did so without any extra hassle or expense. They didn't try to oversell us on anything, and was patient with delays caused by the tile company we ordered from.
