Within a week, Custom Marble Design made an appointment to install the new marble.  They were on time and very fast.  The installers were excellent.  They listened to my concerns and followed my instructions.  I was worried about a very fancy sink and the glue they were using.  They were extra careful.  They cleaned up everything afterwards, and it was total perfection.  The installers were terrific.  It's such a pleasure to have true professionals come into your home that love their work.  They took great pride in the end product.  I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I had three bronze fish on metal stakes (high end garden ornaments) that I wanted to mount to display indoors.  I determined that I would need some type of heavy stone base, and I knew that I wanted the base to be shaped somewhat like a lily pad.  I went to a few granite places to see if they could help me on this custom project, but was told that wasn't the type of work they did, i.e., it wasn't a counter top, backsplash, pedestal, etc.  When I visited Custom Marble Design, I hit the jack-pot.  Not only was Bojan (owner or manager?) interested in considering the project, he put me in touch with Girgana who was their artistic designer.  Once Girgana was clear on what I envisioned, she made it a reality, picking out the perfect pieces of quartz, determining the size needed for the base to balance the fish and directing their craftsmen to shape, glue and drill the quartz to fit just as I had imagined.  When the project was completed both Girgana and the craftsmen who helped with the project took pictures of it.  I think they were as proud of their work as I was happy with it.
The communication between myself and the staff was good and the project was completed in the time they promised.
My only complaint is that the business was hard to find because there are many businesses at the same general address.  One needs to know which letter the building is and that it is around the corner and not facing St. Louis St.

The vanity top fabrication was of excellent quality and done to my contractor's specifications, and the work was done extremely efficiently.  The two installers from Custom Marble Design were very personable and professional.  I am very happy with the work done by Custom Marble Design.

Exchanged a lot of emails, including pictures so an estmate could be more accurately given. They came out to take precise measurements and then came back in about 8-10 days to install. The color match was terrific, especially given they were trying to match surrounding materials, much of which are stil the orginal 100+ that has had a lot of traffic. On site person was courteous, professional, quiet and clean and was done within an hour. They arrived within the stated window of time.
My experience was excellent and I would recommend highly. We exchanged too many emails, I think, but this would not deter me from absolutely using them again. Do: be explicit about what you do and do not want in terms of work and appreciate that the measurements you give intially are most likely for the estimate and a measurement visit may yet be required.

Bojan and his team were great.  We installed quartzite countertops called Taj Mahal and they look beautiful.  Bojan was very patient with us throughout the process. He works with the some of largest suppliers in the state so we could choose almost anything we wanted.  Bojan gave us some specific measurements to allow us to use only one slab and thus keep our costs down.  After looking at several different materials we finally decided on the the Taj Majal as our choice, however, we had a hard time picking the exact slab.  Bojan came to look at slabs with us to help make the best decision and he even ruled out a couple we thought were good because of some flaws we would not have otherwise noticed. Once the slab was selected, he picked it up and i met him at his shop to discuss a detailed plan to map the spots on the slab and where they were to be placed in the kitchen.  The seam was a priority for him to hide and he made sure that the two parts of the slab that were to be placed together looked "seamless" - and it does.  He and his team showed up on time and were professionals throughout the whole process.They finished the removal and installation in approximately four hours and cleaned everything upon completion.  Once we figured out the exact slab we wanted, Bojan installed them one week later. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Excellent experience.  I had picked out granite from a supplier and the owner  was honest enough to to say it was unacceptable and helped  me to pick another one that was gorgeous.  I was able to use some of the scraps for the bath.  Responsive and worked well with the other contractors.  Upfront about the cost implications of pros and cons based on pricing and installations of a whole vs. partial slabs. Highly recommended.

On the day of installation, the crew arrived exactly on time.  They placed dropcloths on the carpeting and steps and immediately set to work.  Within less than an hour and a half, the installation was complete.  The installers were polite, courteous and efficient; when they left, the only evidence that they were in my home was my new granite vanity countertop.  All of this took place within the time frame of one week.  It was such a pleasure to have such an immediate response to my project.
I would not hesitate to work with Custom Marble Design in the future.

The owner of Custom Marble Design is Bojan Arnautovic. Bojan is very responsive from the initial phone call, providing estimates, arranging visits to his showroom and scheduling the work being performed. He made some helpful design suggestions. After selecting Custom Marble difficulties were encountered in removing the existing countertops. Bojan arranged for additional workmen 
to assist in the demolition to ensure the job was completed in the pre-agreed timeframe. The demolition of the kitchen countertops was no easy task but with the additional manpower Bojan ensured that the subsequent installation of the marble countertops was done properly. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Bojan is easy to work with and I'd highly recommend Custom Marble Design.

I first went to Home Depot and Lowe's for counter top estimates.  I thought their prices were a bit in the high range after considering all of the various hidden fees they end up charging you.  I then did some research on Angieslist and found Custom Marble Design.  My experience with CMD has been all positive.  Bojan, the owner, is a courteous, no-nonsense kind of guy that'll give it to you straight regarding the whole process.  I communicated with Bojan mostly through email and he promptly replied to all of my questions.  The installation went smoothly also.  The installers were very detailed and made sure that my quartz counter top was installed properly.  The lines precisely match my cabinets and apron sink.  My kitchen looks absolutely great.  I should also add that CMD's price beat the big box stores by a significant margin.  Highly recommended.

When I went to the showroom to pick Quartz, Bojan showed me an array of samples from different vendors.   I decided on the color, and called to order a couple of weeks before kitchen remodel started.  Everything went as planned.  I called again after the cabinet was installed, and Bojan came to measure.  The countertop was installed about a week after that.  Installers were very professonal.  The only small thing is that Bojan called the day before the installation to tell me that my kitchen can't fit in one slab.  As the result, they glued two thin slabs together for one small area.  I worried about it, but it turned out to be hardly even noticable.  Bojan even referred me to his general contractor, whom we liked very much and contracted to do our kitchen remodel.

While planning for a kitchen remodel, I contacted several companies to provide Silestone countertops.  Bojan from Custom Marble Design was the most responsive and informative.  He was patient in answering all of my questions, as well as providing suggestions specific to my project...including ways in which I could save money and still get the look I wanted.  Custom Marble Design also was the only company to warranty their product, and had the shortest time from measure to install.  Following installation, Bojan followed up to see that we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job.  We are already planning to use them again!

We shopped around for quartz countertops at several places. While cost was important we were looking for a place that could deliver and install the countertops fast. Home Depot said it would take at least five weeks.We talked to Custom Marble on a Thursday, they had a rep come out to measure on Friday and had the counters and sink installed by the following Wednesday. They also beat the square foot prices offered by all of the other companies including Home Depot. My only issue would be that we picked a sink out of a catalog at their store. According to the catalog it was supposed to come with grates. when installed there were no grates to be found. We ended up ordering the grates through the company and paying $50 for the pair, which took two months to be delivered.
