 + -1 moreTHE HARD DRIVE IN MY NETVISTA DESKTOP FAILED. STAFF ATTEMPTED TO SAVE DATA & PROGRAMS, BUT WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. INSTEAD REPLACED HARD DRIVE, & RE-LOADED OS & ALL ORIGINAL SOFTWARE PROGRAMS (FROM MY DISCS). OFFERED HELPFUL ADVICE IN SELECTING BRAND OF DRIVE & AMOUNT OF MEMORY I WOULD NEED. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE CONFUSED STAFF PERSON I SPOKE TO OVER THE PHONE, PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: REPLACED HARD DRIVE ON DESKTOP COMPUTER.
