The job went very well. Very easy to do business with. Jeff showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, then did it without any issues or problems. He let us know of additional options but there was no upsell. He finished on time, reviewed the work, collected his payment, gave us some extra booties to walk on the carpet. The system they use doesn't get the carpet too wet so it fried quickly.
We would use his service again without question.

They did a very good job. They were very friendly and I was really pleased with their job. I had a really good experience with them and the carpets are looking amazing. I would rate them high overall. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I've had Jeff out to clean for many years. He always does a great job. He has also come out on numerous occasions for emergencies; ball point ink on white furniture, pet accidents. I highly recommend him.

I am so very pleased with the carpet cleaning they performed on my carpets. I had numerous pet stains on my carpet and had used everything possible to try to clean them. They would always come back. After they cleaned the pet stains, they are gone and have not returned and it doesn't smell anymore. The carpet looks great, as good as new. They also provided helpful advice and hints on future stains and spills in between cleanings. I am very fussy over my carpet and they did a fabulous job.

I called the company with questions and to possible make an appointment. The girl on the phone was helpful and answered all my questions. I made an appointment for the next week. When Jeff arrived he was well dressed and very professional he measured the spaces I wanted cleaned and priced it out. He did give me a few options to choose from. Once I chose the option that I wanted he started to go to work. He did a wonderful job and I was very satisfied with the work he did.
