When we were looking for a contractor, Chris offered to show us the work he had done at his own house, which was very impressive. He then proposed the job, and the price was almost 25% less than another contractor had quoted. We had Chris remodel our kitchen, including opening the walls adding an island, removing the soffit and matching the hardwood floor to the entire first floor. We had the living and dining rooms painted, new trim, marble on entrance way removed, even painting the valances on the large windows to match the theme. We are completely satisfied with the work, his flexibility and the price. He even followed up adjusting the cabinet doors afterwards and adding an outlet we wanted and a motion sensor, no labor charge! We couldn't be happier with the whole project.

I cannot say enough about Chris and his workers. This is the third time I hired him and would do it again. After completing (2) bathroom remodels I he just completed my master bedroom remodel. The floor joists were replaced to level the floor and all the walls and ceiling were finished with new dry wall. The selection of paint for the walls and ceiling added a beautiful final touch to a job well done. Chris is a consummate professional; a courteous and polite man as well. Hire him. You will not be disappointed.

Chris was outstanding. He immediately discovered a flaw in the architectural plan than meant a complete revision of the plan. His discovery and honesty prevented a disaster that would have become very costly. He also discovered (as will happen in all remodeling jobs involving older homes) a problem with the furnace. While he could not fix it, he was very clear on what needed to be done to resolve it. 
Every step of the process, he was forthright in communicating what had to be done and how he was going to address it. This was a fantastic benefit of working with Chris - he handled any roadblocks with patience and professionalism. Example: I had my heart set on blonde oak on my floor. After stripping the existing wood, it was apparent my idea would not work. Chris did three test patches on the floor to demonstrate what it would look like using my idea along side his suggestions. Of course he was right - my idea would have made the floor an unattractive pinky grey.  His suggestion to go very dark was excellent and enhanced the room tremendously.  Chris also graciously handled any extra projects that sprang up along the original plan - like rewiring the living-room ceiling for recessed lighting to join the spaces. 
I am very pleased with his work: he was punctual, professional, neat, and a craftsman. Having heard from many that a remodel was a long and unpleasant process I am happy to relate that was not my experience. 
Tip: If you are getting new appliances, have Chris install them and by-pass the expense and scheduling conflict of the big box retailers. Chris does a much more conscientious job and doesn't require waiting weeks more.   

We hired Chris to replace the shower and flooring in our master bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the results. He and his team are responsive and very professional. We were under a time crunch and he was able to accommodate our needs without issue. He made the entire process easy from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend CB Remodeling for anyone looking to have quality work done in their home. 

Working with Chris from CB Remodeling was a blessing , this contractor is one of the most dedicated ,motivated and professional person I ever meet , Call him to give me a quote regarding my HVAC unit and I end up upgrading my kitchen with new quartz counter top and refinish my floor in the whole house also . Chris is one of the contractors which gives you best advice's regarding your budget  without ripping you off and his skills are really top notch , very hard to find craftsmanship and perfectionism mix with decent prices for quality labor like his in  those days...
He don.t even charge me for moving out and moving back my furniture and install the back splash free for me  , is true was just 40sf of back splash but other crews I was working before with charge me even for pick up their own mess and garbage...
I highly recommend Chris and I will use him for future projects . Really a wonderful experience overall and highly satisfied

Working with Chris Botezatu was a pleasure.  He gave me a very competitive estimate to do the work and was very courteous and professional during the 3 weeks to complete the remodeling.  Before beginning the job he told me that the plumbing was in complete disrepair as the house was over 130 years old.  He promptly began work on the plumbing -- new water lines, drains and sewer pipes all within the first week.  On the following week he helped my wife and I select some beautiful floor and shower tile.  He recommended a slip resistant porcelain tile for the bathroom and shower floors to eliminate dangerous slips and falls.  By the end of the second week the shower, tiles and painting was finished.  I picked out the vanity and mirror and Chris installed it along with the toilet and a new 50 gallon hot water tank -- the old tank was 16 years old.  Chris removed all of his tools and supplies that were in the next room and completely swept the floor spotless.  Overall he was punctual, courteous and never missed a single day during the 3 weeks.  I would definitely recommend CB Remodeling if you are thinking about a new bathroom, kitchen or whatever.  One more thing, Chris told me he would open up a heating vent in my crawl space and seal the access door to prevent drafts.  He did not charge me for this!  This Spring I am having him repair my floor joists and install laminate flooring.
