When i first called, Bill knew exactly what I was looking for and was confident he would be able to find a replacement pane. The work was completed within a few days.
Bill also found for me some old window locks that are exactly the same as the ones we have. Two were missing. The cost for these seemed a bit high, but I imagine there aren't too many sources for them so I paid the price for what I wanted.
