They came and snaked it out despite the challenges of my ancient plumbing (broken cleanout plug, etc). They seemed experienced and able to deal with older houses.

It went very well.

They service my air conditioner and my heating system, you know, the regular maintenance for your A/C. They did two units in May and then they do the furnaces in the Winter.

Great! This problem had happened before many years ago. The last person who fixed it about 10 years ago had a terrible time with it, and it took a long time to accomplish the job. So I was afraid of what would happen. But the plumber from Bill's Plumbing fixed it quickly and perfectly. I also had him install a hand held shower.

I felt like I got taken advantage of. There was something leaking, and they just turned the water off. They did not do any work.

The gentleman who did the work was very polite and professional. I believe that he did quality work for us. However, since he ran a bit late (10 min.) and I needed to leave after he'd worked a half hour or so, he was finishing up and said he would just have the office call and I could pay over the phone later. I appreciated this. He quickly quoted me a price, 105. Yet, the office staff called and when I did not call back immediately to pay (I work during the week, all day, and did not receive the phone messages right away) called at least 4 more times over 2 days and left voice messages each time. I was a little surprised. I had every intention of making the payment, and once I received the messages I called back, but it was after hours, so I explained to the answering service I would call back the next day to make payment. The next morning at 8 a.m. I got a call that I missed, since I am busy getting children and self out the door at that time. The person acknowledged that I had tried to call back, but was still a bit aggressive with the voice message. I called back to make payment right then. Also, we were charged 135 instead of 105 for the 25 minutes of work performed. It was likely a misunderstanding by the person who first quoted me the price. Overall, the service was good, but the tactics used afterward to collect payment were, I felt, a little over the top.

Sump pump kept running so phoned Bill's--had used this company before but can't recall for what services. It was a Saturday noontime--got answering service who could not get hold of any of the plumbers while I stayed on the line, so she promised a callback within the hour. When no callback within that timeframe, I called again and got answering service again (different individual) who immediately transferred me to a plumber who said he'd be out within the hour. Response was fairly prompt--only took about 75 minutes. Service call itself took only 1/2 hour to diagnose problem and replace switch. I did not rate quality of service because I need to see whether the switch lasts. Price for labor was 2x price of the switch, but I imagine this is typical.

It went very well. I would recommend him to others.

Originally came out for leak in kitchen drain.  Promptly repaired drain replaced actual drain (it was rotted out) in bottom of sink .  Unfortunately when returnng things to cabinet under sink the next day I noticed another leak in a different area (he would not have noticed unless he was looking for it).  So he came out again and took care of leaking cartridge in my faucet (He had to order a part which took over a week to come in) and as long as he was here I had him look at a shower that was dripping. He replaced the hose in the shower.  Very clean and professional.  
Price of 330.00 was for 2nd trip out.
