On a recent Sunday, my wife noticed it was getting cold in the house. I checked the furnace and it would not ignite. I called Bill's, we had used them in the past, and they said they would be out shortly. About an hour or so later, they arrived. The looked at the furnace, and quickly determined the problem. We had heat again within 15 minutes.
I thanked them and asked what I owed. Their reply was "No Charge". I was totally stunned. They said it was a quick adjustment, and I had been a good customer, thanked me and went on their way. Customer or not, I had never heard of a technician making a house call on a Sunday and not charging for it.
Anyway, I had always liked their service, and after this, I felt the least I could do to show my appreciation was to share how good they were. I hope you find their technicians as wonderful as I do.
