WHEN WE BEGAN EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH OUR COMPUTER, YOSSIE WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. HE CAME OUT ON TIME, AS PROMISED, CONDUCTED AN EXTENSIVE REVIEW OF OUR SYSTEM, FOUND THE VIRUS THAT WAS CAUSING US ISSUES AND REMOVED IT. IN ADDITION, HE INSTALLED A VIRUS CONTROL PROGRAM AND POP-UP BLOCKER THAT HAS REALLY HELPED AVOID ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
