This company is awful, awful, awful. Fly by night- scam artists. Some highlights of my move: 1) Immediately forced to signing a 'revised estimate' as soon as the mover came on premise to something 3x larger than quoted over the phone on threat that they would walk away. 2) Goods were held 'hostage' after put on the truck for 2+ hours - the driver threatened to confiscate them without a payoff! 3) Wrapped everything- unnecessarily- in bubble wrap to kill time and upcharge. Really borderline redicuolous about it. I even asked upfront when I agreed to use them if i could veto their bubble wrapping decisions. I was told I could. On the day of they threatened to stop moving and keep my things if I didn't give them 100% discretion. 4) Lazy- I ended up moving >50% of the weight myself. 5) Didn't finish the job. After being paid they took everything off the truck but did not finish hauling it up to the unit. This was a traumatic experience. Never ever, ever, every do business with these jerks.
