ALL IN ONE CONSTRUCTION

I would highly recommend him if anyone is going to do some contracting work. He gave us examples of fencing and we had to have our fence approved by the architectural committee of the area where we live so he worked with that, too. He is very, very easy to work with. He is a good, midwestern person. He has great communication, very hard working, honest and just the kind of person we felt safe in leaving our home too. We are picky and he worked very well with us. He delivered everything as promised. He does huge projects as a contractor, but we just happened to use him for smaller jobs and he was no less professional. We will definitely have him back as money allows.

We started what was supposed to be a moderate job of replacing kitchen cabinets and floor, purchasing the cabinets from Lowe's. Dealing with Lowe's was a problem and we needed more work. A workman recommended George. He came in and saved us. We basically had him gut the area and built out so the cabinets and counters would fit the original design. As the work progressed, he always kept me informed on costs and estimates. He worked willingly and carefully with the installer from Lowe's. He also saved us thousands of dollars on counter tops when Lowe's could not deliver granite tops on schedule. George got the counter installed in 4 days and saved $3,100. Since that remodel, I have used him for at least 4 other projects. His costs were always reasonable, and he NEVER hit us with any "ups or extras." He has carpenters working for him that are excellent. As we redid work trim on some projects, they came up with outstanding ideas that improved the overall appearance without extra cost. Whenever we have need or repair work, we call George. We got a new garage, and George told us to use Garage contractor because he could not match the price.

HIS CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, HARDWORKING, AND EXTREMELY DETAILED. MY BATHROOM AND KITCHEN NOW LOOK LIKE THEY ARE FROM A SHOWROOM. GEORGE IS AN EXTREMELY POSITIVE INDIVIDUAL, AND IT SHOWS IN HIS WORK. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR HIM ARE THE BEST AND RESPECT HIM IMMENSELY. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY TALENTED. HE WAS ALSO THE LOWEST PRICE, BY FAR. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IN AN INSTANT!!!
