I called All Dry USA because of standing water in my basement from a burst pipe. They came out immediately, and were able to shut the water off right away preventing more flooding. Aaron was able to walk me through my insurance options, and I was confident All Dry USA would get the job done. They immediately started removing the water from my basement. Once that was done they brought machines that dried my drywall and carpet. They even helped me get a plumber to fix the pipe and get my water back on. After about 3 days the drying was done and my basement looked like its old self. Aaron and the workers were very professional and efficient. They answered every question I had. Best thing about All Dry USA was that they billed my insurance company directly. I hope no one has water issues in their home, but if you do All Dry USA is definitely the one to call.
