About us

Established in 1997, Airflow Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. Is a family owned business that specializes in the installation and repair of complete, custom designed, heating and cooling comfort systems for the residential and commercial marketplace. We design, install and service hot water, steam-forced air, and radiant heating systems. We also provide 24-hour emergency service for our heating and A/C customers.

We had a new hot water heater installed but, it turns out, they did not install it to code. When I called to ask them to bring everything up to code, I was told, "You wanted a water heater installed, we installed a water heater. We don't install to code". I asked him to return because I want it brought up to code. We scheduled an appt. He later cancelled and now won't return our calls.

We are now 3 years later, and the air conditioner doesn't work.  Parts are still under warranty, labor is not.  A different technician diagnosed the problem, we called Air-Flow to have them come fix it, and he rudely suggested that we transfer the warranty to another provider and promptly hung up on my wife.  We did indeed transfer the warranty and will never, ever, work with this provider again.
