Adam's Refrigeration

We went with his recommendation for a new, larger one.

His service is excellent. I would certainly hire him again if needed.

Joel was out within a number of hours of my phone call, arriving a few minutes before his estimate. He solved the issue onsite quickly and efficiently. (He had the exact replacement fan in his truck!) He is friendly and professional: a tough combo to beat!

Basically it was out of balance and was going to go out anytime.  I called Joel and as promised he showed up exactly at the time he said he would.  He clearly told me what the problem was and mentioned that he had the part in his van and could replace it ASAP.
Within no time Joel crawled into this tight space and   replaced the unit.  He also looked at the igniter and other part to verify everything was OK.  
This is the 3rd time I have interacted with Joel over 5 years.  Simply an awesome guys.  I would definitely use his services again.

I called, and he said he would be there in an hour. An hour later, he showed up at my door. He and his associate quickly assessed the problem, gave me a very accurate estimate of parts and labor, and had the job done in about 15 minutes. He gave the me the old part for reference.

The next day he showed up promptly. Asked me what was going on. Told him the whole story and he checked the unit. Basically visually inspected the fridge. Checked the temp and everything looked fine. He then checked the door swing and said that someone must have left the door ajar by accident which may have caused the alarm. He asked me to monitor if the temp goes down and give him a call.
I asked him how much for the service call and he said don't worry as he was in the neighborhood. I am not complimenting him because he did not charge me but because I really feel this guy is honest and others need to learn from this gentleman. Very simple but good at what he does. I will definitely do business with him and recommend him to all my friends. They love him too.

JOEL IS AWESOME. I called him this morning at 9am, he returned my call quickly. I told him that the freezer was defrosting etc. and that we were in a bind because we were leaving town in the afternoon. He said he'd be here before then. He called 15 min before arriving and well before the time I told him we needed to leave. After pulling the fridge out and running some tests he informed me that the compressor was going out and that it'd take at least a week to get a new part, and that it would not be worth it to fix since it'd be $550 and our fridge is 10 years old. Of course I was sad our fridge was dead but then Joel made some great recommendations on where and what kind of fridge to get. After all this great stuff he says "No Charge." I couldn't believe it. What wonderful service and a sweet guy. I've used his service once before and I will continue to call him time and time again! AWESOME. THANK YOU JOEL!

Joel was awesome. Came out asap, fixed the problem quickly, and I thought it was a fair price for parts and service. I am actually writing this review because he predicted that the fix would only last a year and if the same thing happened again that I'd need to replace the fridge. Well, the fridge lost it's cool again and my freezer is currently defrosting. I'm waiting for Joel to call back so I can have him come fix it again!

Our refrigerator quit working which we did not realize until dinner time. I called Adam's based on reviews from Angie's list hoping he would be able to at least come out the next day to fix our refrigerator. However, he did better then that. He answered the phone right away and even though it was already 7:00 pm at this point, he said he would be over in an hour to hour and a half to take a look. He called when he was a few minutes away and was able to assess the problem with our refrigerator and fix it that night. My husband and I were so impressed with how fast they responded and saved us from having to throw away a refrigerator full of food. He had the parts needed to fix our refrigerator with him, and was in and out in a little over an hour. He also made some minor adjustments, such as leveling and tightening the door so it self closes. I do not know much about refrigerators but the price seemed very fair. We would definitely recommend and use again.

I use Adams Refrigeration frequently. He arrived earlier than promised (always a good thing when a cooler is down) and performed the work quickly.

They were good. My husband interacted with them but they seemed honest and they charged us fairly.

I called Adam's Ref after talking to another company, which wanted to charge a high fee just to look at a fridge that wasn't working properly for my tenant. Adam's Ref had reasonable charges and offered to call my tenant to arrange a time to meet He did so, and the whole thing was resolved the same day. My tenant said he was very nice, personable and punctual. Adam's Ref called me to let me know how the situation was resolved. It couldn't have gone more smoothly.

He had a great price. Everyone else I called was talking about replacing the entire compressor. He replaced a single part and it has been running fine for a year now. Other companies were estimating $800 or $900 to do the repair.

ADAM'S REFRIGERATION DID A REAL GOOD JOB. I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD TO DO, BUT I THINK IT'S SAFE TO SAY THAT THEY TREATED ME FAIRLY, ACCORDING TO THE COST.
