They had all the stock we needed and delivery was whenever we chose. They made sure we took the time to let the wood floor stay in the house for 2 weeks so that it would be the same moisture content as the house, which would minimize movement (shrinkage and expansion).
Description of Work: Ana and her staff assisted me and my wife in selecting hardwood floor and tile. They have a showroom and stock the floor. We hired another company to install the floor, but it was easy to coordinate delivery of the wood floor (4" white oak) to my new house so that it acclimated for 2 weeks prior to installation. They also special ordered some tile for 2 bathroom floors.
