Caesar and his assistant were friendly and professional. They quickly removed/disposed my old hot tub safely with the appropriate equipment to do so. I am getting ready to sell my home and other bids were nearly double the cost. I would absolutely recommend Hometown Hot Tub to anyone needing this service!

When he came to the property, he was great but when I had to call him up because it was still leaking, it seemed like he was trying to push it off saying there were likely more issues with the hot tub and feel like he has been putting me off.

Very responsive and professional unlike the folks at Gannons pool and spa that jerk you around for 10 days. Cesar was able to diagnose the problem at once and called around that night and found a replacement part. The tub was running the next day vey nice guy and very knowledgeable price was reasonable. Definitely my new hot tub guy. A1 service.
