all action installed a 6 year water heater. The guy did a crappy job with the pipes. I paid $700 for a 6 year water heater and installation about 2.5 years ago. Now the same guy who installed it says it won't last another year and blames it on hard water and certainly not his crappy workmanship. Also removed the pilot sight glass and never replaced it. Terrible company. Don't waste your money. A 6 year water heater is now a 3 year water heater thanks to all action plumbing.

This is a family business and these people do a great job. They also suggest alternative methods.

It was a breeze to set up the appointment with their friendly, helpful staff and the plumber arrived on time. He was professional, thorough and easily identified and resolved both problems: the seal had deteriorated and he replaced it, and there was a mineral blockage in hole that aids in flushing in the bowl, which he cleaned out. The toilet works perfectly, with no leaks. This company was very easy to work with and I would definitely use them again. Fast, efficient, thorough service!

I got their name from Angie’s List and that’s who I use. They’re a very good company. I’ve used them 3 or 4 times.

The owners know their trade and are good enough where they can improvise if necessary. This was required the last time I hired them. I had a bad valve going into my washing machine and the "correct" part was unavailable. The plumber improvised and the system now works perfectly.

Plumber came out and said he would get some information and check on availability of parts and then call us with the estimate. That was the last we ever heard from the company. Called their office some weeks later to find out why they didn't call back and the office manager said she had no record of the visit but would talk to the plumber and call us back. It has been two weeks since then and she hasn't called back. When a business cannot extend even the simple courtesy of a callback after SAYING they would, all elements of unprofessionalism and disrespect have been met.

Very good job, fair price, courteous service. He had to remove the old one and move the new one away from the wall. Also had him replace 2 bathroom faucets. Everything works great. I'm very happy with the water heater too. I have also had them install a water softener and reverse osmosis system, as well as replace the water line to the street.

They were super. I called a week earlier to set up a install date and time and they were right on-time as scheduled. When I called to set up and appointment, I explained what I needed to be done and they estimated and hour and a half. The actual time was only and hour. They did not charge a separate trip charge like so many other service providers do. They were great. I provided the parts and they did the install. I will have them for any other future plumbing needs.

My experience with them went good. They're very, very honest and helpful. They explained everything that they did. I was very pleased with their work, and their price was very reasonable. They have no room for improvement. They were very, very nice.

They weren't going to spend that much time on the quote as they didn't know for sure if they were going to get it. He was just kind of in and out according to my fiancand eacute;. He just came in, looked around and gave his best guess as far as what he thought it was. He left a quote which was pretty much in line with what we were getting from everyone else. It wasn't a stand out service. The quote amount was about $900. They weren't bad or good. They came within a couple of days. He was on time.

We had an outdoor faucet that had rusted out and was badly leaking. Plumber came on Friday and identified the problem. Had to send away for a replacement. Came back today (Tuesday) and finished the job. We have had bad luck with workers we hired, even ones from Angies List. Was happy to find a company that is dependable. Will probably use them again.

We had a leak in our drain line under the bathtub. Water was running thru the ceiling into the kitchen below. We contacted them on a Monday morning and were told they could get someone here about noon the next day. We agreed to that. Received a phone call the next day they had an and quot;emergencyand quot; (thought ours was somewhat of an emergency) and they had to push us back a couple of hours. We again agreed to that. Technician came and told us it would be a fairly easy fix as my husband had already taken up the floor and the toilet and it was visible where the leak was. He would call it in and we were to expect a phone call in 15 to 20 min and tell us how soon they could fix it!! Stupid me,,,,I thought that was why they were coming!!!! We waited 2 hrs and had not heard from the so we called and she said she had not talked to the tech yet so there was nothing she could do. Wewaited another 2 hrs and called again...this time NO answer. WE left a message. Call was not returned until following morning. And then we were told they could not get to us for another 7DAYS!!! Seriously we have NO TUB, NO SHOWER and NO TOILET and they could not help us for an entire week. If they didn't want the job why not just say so.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and candid advice. I will use them again. They are family owned and have been in business for 40+ years.

Had the old cast iron main stack that was causing back up problems. The main stack was cut out and replaced with pvc pipe. The technician also replaced the stand pipe to the washer so that I would get proper drainage from the washing machine. The appointment was set up ahead of time and the technician arrived on time to complete the job. He removed the old stack.

We called the office on Friday at 1pm and explained the problem to the person answering the phone. I asked if someone could come soon, she indicated that they were booked on Saturday, but said she would see if they could come in a couple hours. She called back in a few minutes and said the plummer was on his way. The plumber was very professional, explaining everything clearly. He made the repairs in about 30 to 45 minutes, and said the office would send a bill. The price was extremely reasonable. All around great experience, responsive, professional and reasonably priced. The problem has not returned. We will definitely use them again.

Needed immediate help while having drains cleaned out. All Action was able to coordinate with our schedule, make necessary drain repairs to a kitchen sink and help expedite the drain cleaning. He did so while meeting the challenge of working with old house piping and is performing well six months later.

We are very pleased. They came out and did what they could and they were going to have to come back out and there wasn't a service charge for coming out the second time they did the work. We are satisfied with them and they seem to do good work. I think there are 2 of them and they are brothers and they are very personable. They are concerned about what we are paying. Plumbers are not cheap, but they try to look out for the customer. They are very responsive. If we've had a real immediate problem, they've worked around existing appointments they've had so they don't keep us waiting for too long. We will definitely continue to use them.
