SHOREWOOD ANIMAL HOSPITAL

I had previously gone to a different vet who prescribed medication that wasn't resovling the infection.  I then went to Shorewood Animal Hospital and Dr. Ken Overmyer identified the concern and prescribed a different medication that has since resolved the infection.  My dog is now much better.  Dr. Ken is very friendly and had a way of positively working with my dogs.  I definitely plan to go back.

They have convenient hours. They seem to go above and beyond a couple of emergency situations. They go an extra mile to make sure it is taken care of. We had a surgery on one of the dogs that nearly died on the table. They kept trying and trying. Pretty sure if they gave up, she had been gone. They're A's across the board. We've been with them since middle '80s.

I looked in the net comparing animal hospitals and there was nothing that really stood, it was just a feeling that this was the place to go. It turned out the doctor was very attentive. She was very interested in anything I had to say or ask. Its just seemed like it's working out. They were knowledgeable and attentive. I have no problems with them so far. Their price was competitive. It did not stand out as an attraction to me but it wasn't above everybody else either.

Shorewood Animal Hospital give very personalized care. They always seem to give individualized care to your pets. You're not just a number. You're not just an ordinary client. We've been there for many years. They know the pet history. They know us. We have good rapport. We have three pets we bring there now.

Everything went well. I was satisfied. The staff was good and took us right in when we had our appointment. Everything went smoothly.

It went well once we peeled him out of his cat carrier. The vet was very nice and it was clear that she was fond of animals. She encouraged me to try to get his weight down, but if not down to stay where he's at.

I think they they are very accommodating and caring. They even have made follow-up phone calls to me to check and see how my dog was when she was sick. I really appreciate it. They are efficient, caring and are very professional.

I have 3 dogs so it's rough for me alone to take all 3 in together. Their vaccinations went well and their bloodtests. I've seen 2 out of the 4 vets. They were OK but again not very friendly. I started going there because someone I work with goes there and likes it. My other vet was quite a bit further and was never on time so I started going to Shorewood.

I highly recommend them. I have been using them for years. They are very good.
