The technician Tommy was great. He seemed very knowledgeable and told me he's been an Orkin technician for many years. My issue is with the office personnel. I had special instructions that my property was not to be sprayed unless I was there to walk the property with the technician. He showed up for the 2nd spray and did the outside of my house without me. When I called into the office and complained, the Supervisor was especially rude. Because of her rudeness, which her name escapes me (I know it starts with an M, Monica perhaps) I made it a point to not call into the office and to complete my contract by only dealing with my Technician Tommy. I had my final spray in May 2013. Tommy left me a voicemail at the beginning of August saying he was coming out to spray. I called him back and informed him my contract was complete, he called the office and was told it was not complete and left me another voicemail informing me that he would be out on 8/24/2013. I then called into the office (8/15) and told them that I had already had my 4 sprays. The person on the phone told me that I had to call them and tell them when my contract was over (I was never informed of this when I was originally sold the service) and that I need to give them 30 days notice that I'm ending their service, even though my signed contract stated that I would only have 4 sprays. The girl then told me I needed to speak with the Supervisor. The Supervisor then gets on the phone and tells me that they could cancel my contract going forward, but they would work out some sort of payment deal with me for this next spray. I told her, I am not available to walk the property with the technician, plus my contract is up and I am no longer interested in their service. She then told me, in a rather heated tone, that I didn't have my 4 sprays, one was a make-up spray. I tried telling her I did have 4 sprays because I have the receipts and the debits that they automatically withdrew from my checking account, but all I was able to say was, "I did have" and the Supervisor began screaming at me on the phone, "Fine! Fine! Fine! Whatever!! WE'LL CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT!! WE'LL CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT!! BYE!" and proceeded to hang-up on me. My original plan had been to pick them up again next year, but after this spectacular display of unprofessionalism, I would rather live in a house infested with every creepy, crawly known to man than to put up with the rudeness this woman is allowed to display with a customer.

I use them monthly. I do the yearly thing because we have a big problem with ants in our town. I keep using them because it works. They are punctual and professional. I've used them for years. One time they had a guy that was overstepping the boundaries but they took care of him. The pricing is okay for the service. They give me a timeframe of like 9-12 so I don't know when they will be coming.
