Coldwell Banker Nester - Delores Doussard

My family received new orders to Scott AFB, IL so of course finding a new home long distance was a bit challenging.  However, after meeting Delores my concerns vanished.  I used Military By Owner and a few other sites to find homes of interest.  I sent the list to Delores, she set up showings and worked to help us find a home.  On the business side, Delores was on top of every single detail. She worked closely with our mortgage agent, the title company, various contractors (inspectors, etc) and even suggested home improvements to the seller for our benefit.  Delores had everything set up for us to literally drive into town and close on the house. 
All business aside, Delores went out of her way to welcome us to O'Fallon and to make sure we were happy.  We had to get back on the road to visit family and we forgot about a few packages delivered by UPS.  Delores went out of her way to drive to our new home, pick up the packages and secure them until we returned.  That was cool! 
I would recommend Delores to family and friends.  When we sell the house we will call Delores.
