We are a locally owned and operated company that takes pride in offering the highest quality manufactured home available. We will help walk you though picking out everything from the floor plan you would like to the more specific details like the type of cabinets you would like. We also offer pre-made, standard and used manufactured mobile and modular homes. So if you are in the market for a custom, standard or used home give us a call. it was horrible.  the property manager Becky treated me lick crap!  despite  living there for over 20 yeas and paying rent early almost all of the time!  she was incredablly irrational all the time exspecially  when it came to addressing the drugs and crime in the park. they charged me over $30 a month for sewer and water. for one person.
