API built our garage. They handled everything, from engineering to permits, to excavation, concrete, framing, siding and roofing. We plan to use them again! I HIGHLY recommend API !

Steve Harris is awesome! He did a fantastic job on our house. He is just as picky as I am, seldom do I meet a trade that truly takes pride in their work & Steve does. He also built a beautiful covered front porch with railings to keep our small dogs in. We highly recommend him!

API did a good job building the garage to my specifications. There were minor problems keeping the driveway and service road clear of nails, but overall, it was nicely done. I recommend API and would use them again.

Very good work.My garage was built into a small hillside and the concrete work turned out very well.Used quality materials and final payment wasn"t due till fully satisfied.I will definately use for contracting again!
