Steve has built two garages for us over a period of a couple of years. I also had him come back and build an extension on one of the garages. Steve is a great guy to work with and his guys are all polite and excellent Tradesmen.

API built our garage. They handled everything, from engineering to permits, to excavation, concrete, framing, siding and roofing. We plan to use them again! I HIGHLY recommend API !

Steve Harris is awesome! He did a fantastic job on our house. He is just as picky as I am, seldom do I meet a trade that truly takes pride in their work & Steve does. He also built a beautiful covered front porch with railings to keep our small dogs in. We highly recommend him!

API did a good job building the garage to my specifications. There were minor problems keeping the driveway and service road clear of nails, but overall, it was nicely done. I recommend API and would use them again.

Had my over sized two car garage floor removed and replaced due to poor condition of old concrete. Their workers are very hard workers and the job turned out perfect. Steve is a great guy and provided fair pricing and good communication. Easy to work with and would recommend the company for any of your needs.
