After spending 15 years in IT as a Field Tech, Network Specialist and IT Director I decided I wanted to offer a better experience to my clients and the best way to accomplish this was to control the entire process from top to bottom: from planning, to estimate, to service, to invoice, and to do this I had to start my own company.
